Fascinating Trip to the Brain Tumour Centre of Excellence Research Lab at Queen Mary University
The William Low Trust visited the research laboratory and had guided tour with our sponsored PhD researcher, Thomas Willott!

The William Low Trust handed over a cheque of approx. £35,914,25 to fund the second year of this four-year sponsorship.
Thomas showed us around the laboratory and talked to us about the medulloblastoma brain tissue cells that he is growing (which need feeding every day for 50 days) to enable him to carry out his research on how they respond to advance treatments to hopefully improve outcomes for Medulloblastoma patients- the type of tumour we lost William to!
It was a proud day for The William Low Trust!
